Delegate Engagement Executive mainly approaches, invites and engages corporate decision-makers by phone and written proposal, to propose and advise them to register for attendance at LinLead’s pay-based independent B2B learning meetings, on behalf of leading organizations who are hunting for business intelligence for their further organizational development and business innovation.

 

This post requires versatility. Basically, beyond being an aggressive corporate salesperson, the Delegate Engagement Executive need maintain a mindset of being a business consultant who is capable of quickly researching on and analyzing corporate operation and industrial development related to targeted audience’s business can propose and advise on corporate business operation and intelligence management.

As member of early team of the business, Delegate Engagement Consultant (Meeting Sales Force) will be Awarded with:

  • Significant Commission Rate (15-30% of Gross Sales Revenue)
  • Available to Partner/Shareholder development schemes
  • Good learning environment: Global 2000 companies as main body of clientale
  • Distinctive workforce ethics: Integrity, Efficiency, Professionalism and Leadership
  • Featured FCP(Fast Career Path) and Rotation Programs(An international start-up business)

The ROLE, Delegate Engagement Consultant (Meeting Sales Force) will work in the below context:

 

This is an indoor front line business development position.

 

A high quality B2B learning meeting organized by the 3-rd party meeting organizer, containing high quality business intelligence is attributed by market-led meeting topics, efficient meeting management and high quality paying participants (delegates). While topic development is the essence to a birth for a live learning meeting, delegate engagement is the key to a success of a live learning meeting.

 

Engagement team exists to ensure the quantity and quality of pay-based attendance of decision-makers (Senior Executives and C-Level executives) at LinLead’s meetings. Those decision-makers generally are stake-holders of industries or fields LinLead’s meetings try to research and address.

 

l  You are advised that the business is still at its start-up phase, extra LEADERSHIP is required.

 

Other Requirements including:

  • Creative thinking and Outstanding Personal Leadership
  • Strong Entrepreneurship and Problem-solving skills  
  • Good command of English communication is a MUST
  • Over 3 years of working experience in business development 
  • Professional with experience of running own business preferred
  • The following veteran preferred: Media, Communication, Management Consultant, Head Hunter, Life Planner etc
  • The following majors preferred: Event Management, Commerce, Communication, Sociology, Computer, HR, Language etc
  • Fresh Graduates are not encouraged

Position 2: Market Researcher

you are up to you are up to the opportunity to be the next member of a start-up team, by taking the position Market Researcher which is detailed as the following:

mainly to search for valuable business information via multiple channels (including phone interview, internet, newspaper, magazine etc.), enhance corporate market knowledge, and enrich corporate customer database, to support B2B learning event organization, as a junior level position in the company.

THE Remunerations and working environment for the Market Researcher will be:  

  • Basic Pay + Performance-based Pay + Profit Sharing 
  • Available to Partner/Shareholder development schemes

Position 3: Commercial Specialist (Assistant) 

The Commercial Specialist (Assistant) is part of non-sales force. Its main responsibility is to take care of internal coordination and external liaison with clients, at a daily basis, so as to ensure or assist in ensuring smooth process for LinLead’s ongoing meeting project.

The process will mainly cover parts including: delegate hospitality, commercial documentation preparation, (payment) credit controlling, hotel liaison and vendor management etc.

At the position, the teammate will need get highly involved with financial process, we hope candidate has basic knowledge about accounting or financial management, or at least has strong sense of number.

THE Remunerations and working enviroment for Commercial Specialist (Assistant) will be:
